last night we took my 10 week old puppy to the pet ER and what our vet told us was kennel cough was actually pneumonia. How fast will she get over this with anit-biotics and everything else they give her?

The antibiotics should kick in, in about 3 days.
She should be fine because you did the right thing and took her in. She's young. Use all the medicine up though. If you stop, it comes back worse.

Look on the medication, it will tell you how long she has to take it. That is usually a good indication to the duration of the illness. She may feel better in a fews days...but don't stop the meds. She could also have a relapse after the meds are all gone. If that happens take her back to the vet.

the best is to ask the vet.
it depends on how severe the case is and what exactly they give hr. Please follow the directions as you are told. If she doesn't seem to get any better then let teh vet know
