I work with a group of 3 and 4 year olds. I am making my lesson plan for the upcoming weeks and one of our themes is the great outdoors. My mind has gone totally blank! I need to fill a spot for "songs and finger-play"... what children's songs have to do with the great outdoors??

Click on Music and Songs. I'm sure you'll find a lot that you can use. It's a great site in general. In the songs section, you'll find bugs, farms, spiders, weather, seasons, etc. I'm absolutely sure you'll find something you can use! I hope you enjoy the site!

Oh give me a home
where the buffalo roam
and the deer and the antelope play

where seldom is heard
a discouraging word
and the clouds are not cloudy all day.

Oh home on the range
where the deer and the antelope play .....
