I think that God listens. What makes you think he doesn't?

God does listen when we pray, we might not see the results
right away but eventualy we do.
There are reasons, for when it seems as if He has not heard us: the time isn't right, he may be attending a more important matter.Maybe we need to suffer a little, to better apreciate how nice we have it, than other people in worse situations than ours.
When we pray, we should always keep an open mind and be confident that God has herd us. That helps us to keep our
faith strong. God loves all of us so trust in Him.
God Bless!

OK, so this is a wind-up, first about the existence of God and then about God's gender. Sooo tired!

If you believe in God and pray (as a Christian) in the way Jesus would have prayed, you know your prayer will be heard and answered.

If you don't believe, prayer is the first step on the way to the funny farm.

God hears each physique persons. in spite of the fact that, we don't comprehend God's solutions. a million) An unanswered prayer continues to be an answer of No- God does & will say No. 2) we don't recognize the will of God so are upset at an answer or non answer. 3) purely through fact we choose some thing does not propose we are going to get it. 4) Complaining isn't some thing we would desire to continuously be doing as quickly as we pray. we would desire to continuously be repenting of our sins on a every day foundation, asking unselfishly for the wellbeing of others (even our enemies) & rejoicing for the advantages in our lives. 5) God isn't there to "clean up" our issues & wait on us hand & foot. Dear Friend,

Let us consider the scriptures:

Acts 10:then Peter began to speak: "I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism 35but accepts men from every nation who fear him and do what is right.

Proverbs 15:29The LORD is far from the wicked
but he hears the prayer of the righteous.

Romans 8:28
[ More Than Conquerors ] And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

God does not always answer our prayers in the way that we think he will, or exactly when we think he will. We can see from Romans that he works for the GOOD of those who love him, we just have to trust him and know that when he answers our prayers it will be the very best thing for us! We can see from Acts that God is far from the wicked but hears the prayers of those who are righteous, and again in Romans, God accepts those who do what is right.

So, in Short God will answer our prayers, not always in the way that we think or at the time we think, but it will always be what is best for us, In addition God is not hypocritical, we have to be doing what is right before he will hear us, we must seek him in truth and not as a hypocrite. The he will answer our prayers and bless us with every blessing.

Peace be with you, and God Bless

He does, strange thing, yesterday, I was stuck fast in the mud with all this rain, My brother called, (he is a preacher) because we were supposed to meet together to go to the gatorade plant to pick up a load of Gatorade for a donation to the Church, I was mad because i was stuck, I was covered with Mud and I was sinking even worse, My tires are not so good, then while I was trying in futility to rock the car back and forth going from 1st to reverse in gears, (just spinning my tires) the car starting moving, I got out of the mud and back onto the street, just as I got onto the street, my Brother called again, and as soon as I picked up the phone I asked him, "You prayed didn't you?" he said yes, he also called his wife to pray with him that i get un-stuck, I asked "when?" he said about 2 minutes ago, Well, that was right at the same time my car began to move,
My car was stuck fast in the mud, there was no way, it should have started moving, but it did.
believe me, prayer works.

God does listen to us but does not always answer us, reasons being we dont pray that His will but not our selfish will to happen and our motives are not always pure and right. Anyway He says that we trust Him fully and He will grant us our Heart desires.

When I am thirsty you can not give me milk to drink. Milk may be the best in all good qualities and neutrants. But I need water to quench my thirst.

Similarly when we pray God hears but it is best to pray in the prayer He has satisfaction in.

Please chant:

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare/
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare

and your life will be sublime.

That is a simple prayer which means "O Lord O energy of Lord kindly engage me in Your service"

Thank-you very much!

Hi friend! God answers our prayers with one of these responses - Yes, No & Wait! If what we ask Him is according to His will, he says Yes and grants it. It takes so much of spiritual maturity to ask according to His will. If God in His infinite wisdom thinks that what we ask for is not good for us, he simply says a No. We need not be discouraged at this. Sometimes, when we pray to Him asking for something ahead of time, He bids us wait! But know for sure God always listens to and answers our prayers. He has answered mine... (of course, not always with an Yes!!). So why not yours?

Either you aren't praying correctly or you are praying correctly but you have not received the answer the wanted. People seem to assume that praying to God is a sure way to get what you want. Sometimes the answer is 'yes', sometimes it is 'no', sometimes it is 'not just now'.

He does listen to us when we pray to Him. Why would you think that He doesn't? God hears every word that we speak whether we are praying to Him or not. Here's what Jesus said about that.

Matthew 12:35 The good person out of his good treasure brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure brings forth evil. 36 I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, 37 for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."

As to God "hearing" us when we pray with the intent of answering our prayers with a "yes" answer, that happens when our prayers match up with His perfect will and plan for what He wants to do in his creation.

1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.

When a born again Christian prays, God's Holy Spirit helps him or her out by taking their prayer requests and translating the words that are prayed into requests that address the situation according to God's will. That's why a lot of time we might pray for something to come to pass and something else happens other than what we imagined in our finite awareness would be the best thing to happen, but it all ends up working for good when we look back at it after the situation has been resolved.

Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. 27 And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. 28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
