if u have stiches ... is it better than having no stiches ..??

Depending if they were impacted.
If they were impacted they would need stitches.
Otherwise if they were already out (exposed from the gums) then no.
It really depends on how the tooth was positioned.
Some get stitches, others don't.

It differs greatly on the surgery performed and the patient. Some patients require stitches that you must come back to the surgeon and get removed. Some patients requires dissoluble stitches that dissolve in 3-5 days or so. Some patients require no stitches. It isn't better to have stitches or not have stitches. Stitches are just places to help the hole where tooth used to be heal together quicker when the hole is too big for it to heal quickly on its own.

I had mine surgically removed and had to have desolvable stitches. And stitches are ok :) They don't really hurt and you dont have to have them pulled out again.
