I'm jealous i want that! i live on a proper main road like a dual blinking carriage way, the amount of times sirens wake me up is unbelivable! I want to move soon somewhere quiter, but maybe not dead quite is good to have a balance! you always want what you havnt got - the grass is always greener are two sayings that come to mind!

Yeah, I lived there my whole life. That's why I joined the military once I turned 18 and graduated high school. My home is my home, and I love it to death, but it was so quiet, and so boring! I'll go back every once in a while for family visits, but I need to live somewhere more bustling and noisy. That's why I'm moving to Chicago or New York City when I finish my military service.

I live in the middle of the country in now In Rural Wales, it only about 100 houses tops. There are farms all around and it' s far from noisy. Those bleerdy cows and sheep keep as awake from 5am. I would never move though.

I moved frrom the city, with drug dealers one side, and wife beating the other side, to a small country village with no street lights. Now I find myself getting annoyed by kids kicking a football against the wall, until I think back to what it was like in the smoke.
Now I can play my stereo as loud as I want! It can't be beat.
