Most probably you are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. You are rexeperiencing or having flashbacks of events in the past. Its worse at night because there is lack of stimulus around. i.e. its quiet and nothing to draw your thinking away from those incidents.

I suggest you see a counseller, or otherwise, see a best friend you can trust and talk to about what you are experiencing. (make sure your friend is trustworthy as some can use those information against you in a way).

Another way is to re-experience what you are avoiding, this exposure will desensitize against your fears.

I would say this is normal. You should think about getting into therapy or at least find a group in your area. You can call the nearest hospital and they should have a name of a group that would support you. This may also help you in being so frightened at night.
Don't try it alone, it helps to talk to others like yourself.

Well done for getting away good on you.

Yes it is normal to re live it in dreams. The mind when awake tries to repress memory's but in dreams it deals with it in its own way. Maybe you should speak to someone about what happened and deal with it. Have respect for yourself I get the feeling men target you as and easy option to control. Build your own life for you and someone will come along that treats you right. Take it slow slow slow. Also try praying and asking for help.

In consideration of your past experiences with relationships, I find your situation quite normal. What I would recommend you do is talk to a mental health professional about this. Good Luck.

(((((((HUGS))))))))
I had a physically abusive father, was sexually abused (FPS) from ages 9 to 12 then physically abused again by my 'partner' & mentally abused by my ex, I fought to overcome them all AND WON!!!! apart from night time when they are able to crawl out of the shadows & invade my dreams, I think its because the night time hides many things & you can never be sure if anyone is there, during the day hun theres no where to hide, I overcame that by getting very dim lights in each corner of my room & for my own preference a dream catcher above my bed, I wish you every bit of luck in the future hun & hopes that you will overcome your fears xx
