I run 1500m - 4.20 but i'm 15 years old Lithuania's (small country near Baltic sea) champion in 1500m steeplechase and 3000m so I train every day.

It depends on your age and sex(i think you're a man)? IF you're about 18 you should do a little better. If you are youger it's quite good as for untrained...

Good luck

15/8. the 15/3k is an fairly not basic double through fact whichever you have first will probable pass away you lifeless for the 2d. the 800 isn't that undesirable and that i think of with a fifty six 4 hundred you have some enormously stable velocity

I think that equates to around 5:50 for a mile which is ok but it'd help if we knew more about you.

It isn't good enough to win anything unless you are very young or very old, but it isn't bad in my opinion. What do you think?

unless we know your age, sex, and level of training it is difficult to say. That could be very good, or not so good.
