but now again it has grown & it has suspected as "ASTROCYTOMA(POST OP). In frontal horn of both lateral ventricles are effaced, Midline shift towards right side seen. Post operative changes noted in calvarium. So Please advice about any operations which can remove the tumour frm brain.

the only course now would be chemo therapy,yes chemo can be done on the brain

I would opt to stop treatment now, get my affairs in order, and begin hospice care. The tumor has infiltrated the frontal lobes and is so big that it is pushing against the right hemisphere; the prognosis is very grim at this point!

I don't think chemotherapy can be done on the brain.Depending on how much radiation you have had you may be able to have more. Also they could do another craniotomy.
