Q's = thank you (supposedly although there is a theory that it means pints and quarters!)

It means be careful of what you say and do, especially in social situations. I believe it's an old British expression, and it is short for 'mind your p(int)'s and q(uart)'s' i.e. watch the amount you're drinking when out at the pub :)
