You have to change your perfume and shower gels out frequently. I have spent buckets of money on tons of different products just because I develop an allergy to them roughly every two to three months.

I have found that vanilla and sweet pea scents are better for me to use. Play around in a Bath and Body Works, eventually you'll find something that you can use, even temporarily. Don't throw out what you have, though, you may be able to wear it at a different time of year.

The chemicals in the perfume or the bath soap etc. are causing allergic reactions in you. Some attacks of asthma are allergic reactions.

Desensitisation and treatment for allergy may help you.
