saturday, and wednesday, my hair stays pretty clean actually, but I have to put tons of conditioner in it to keep it shiny

My hair is really dry so I shampoo it every other day. On the off days, I rinse it in the shower with apple cider vinegar which removes dirt and buildup without stripping the oils from the hair, and gives it a nice shine. On shampoo days, I condition it with a 5 minute conditioner.
My grandmother washed her's once a week. She'd go to the beauty parlor every Monday to have her hair washed, styled and set. Typical of the older ladies of her generation.

I soak my hair in Extra Virgin Olive oil and Rosemary once a week for 8 - 12 hours (usually from around 5 p.m. and over night) then I shampoo... and use "Hair Toys" as a "leave in" conditioner... If I washed my hair more than twice a week it has gotten dry and brittle... and fuzzy!... Usually Sundays and Wednesdays.

i used to shampoo my hair once in two days...dont shampoo hair everyday..it makes hair dry and dull..everytime after shampoo always put conditioner,,the easiest way to have a good beautiful hair!

Mostly everyday, but I skip a day occasionally since everyday washing isn't too great for the hair.

I wash my hair every other day. Reason why is because I have dry hair.

every other day, i condition every day. shampoo can dry out your hair, so its best not to use it every day excessively.

i keep my do clean so at least once a day! i hate oily hair which is hard to style and overall gross!!!!
