smoking karaoke machine?

alright i have this old karaoke machine that i just found and pulled out from the closet! so i start singing a song and all of a sudden the thing starts smoking and steams commin out of it. so i was like wtf and stoped it and unplugged it real quick.
whats going on here?

Sounds like some wires in there were frying. Not good. You did right by unplugging it! Take it to an electronics repair shop- good chance it can still be fixed.
