im 18 and have a major crush on my moms divorced friend she is around the age of 30-3 and very beautiful. I have had my eye on her for a good couple of months. She comes over frequently and im awaiting for that one opportunity where me and her are alone inside my mothers apartment. If that situation ever comes up, what should I do? She has no idea I like her.

Most women that age are looking for someone who has their own apt and thier own car.
Tell her that you want to cook her dinner. Like Lassagna at her house. She will be very impressed with that. Then ask her what are her fav. song on the radio that she likes. Like Robin Thick, women love the HECK out of that song. That shows you are interested and she will want to have a conversations with you. Also mention some great artist that you like from the 880's or 90's.
Bring a couple of your own cd's over and show her some of you cool dance moves. No slow romantic ones. Just good dance moves.

Ok guy. Listen well. Women over 30 are very interesting, in many fields, including...Hm... You see ? But the problem is always the same : girls, women, dont like little boys. They want true men (which doesn't mean jerks) : so guy, be a man. Look straight into her eyes. Talk to her with CONFIDENCE, dont expect her to do your job. Be cocky, be funny, never act needy, play push pull with her, touch her in a friendly way, then stop, do it again and stop... It can work, even if she's older than you. Forget all your romantic ideas (that comes later in a relashionship) : first, you have to ATTRACT her. And when you feel an opportunity to kiss her (she will feel it also) : DO IT. JUST DO IT. I hate to tell you this, but you probably don't have a chance. It is true that she might think you are attractive, she might like the idea of a guy your age hitting on her. But in the end, making a relationship work with a teenager (especially one whose mother is her friend) is going to be really, really, really, really (did I say really?) hard. She'll probably be flattered, and then she'll tell you to find someone your own age.
My advice? Find someone your own age or wait until you are 30 and she is 42 (sorry, I know that isn't what you want to hear).

I was in the same situation that you were except she was not a friend of my Moms...The biggest problem that you may face is that if your Mom finds out, she may be mad at both of you and may try to make you choose Mom over her....This happened to me....
In terms of the Sex, I Served Her Well (Multiple Orgasms is the Only Way to Keep Them for your age)....Just trade her the Sex for her teaching you how to grow up in this World....If I were you, I would go after that, but you need to get your own place because of your Mom...
At the end, if you do get her, she will eventually let you go because she will want you to procreate and be with some Younger woman your Age..
No harm, no foul though...
