they do not change the bible simple try and write it is understandable language. it is translated from Hebrew as language changes it has to be updated.

The books of the bible were originally written in Hebrew and Greek - they have to be rewritten if you want to read the bible in your own language. The bible translators would say that they have not changed the bible but only translated it.
Other versions like kids bibles or "The Message" are paraphrases and are not intended to change the meaning of the bible (in most cases), just make it more easy to understand. I think in that light, those who work on these translations and paraphrases are not in danger of violating the command in Revelation to not add to or take away from the word.
