May I inquire about what you like to do? Find a hobby you like to do (work out, campaign for Conservative canidate, tutor, music lessons, camping, ect.) and through networking you will find guys with your same convictions and loves. Once you have a friendship / foundation to work from, its alot easier my dear.
If no luck, Nacho and I are always here for ya! :)

Well, lol, church would be my first answer, but I would say at a college also. If you are taking classes, I would look at the guys around me in class. If not, have your considered taking a class or two? Not only will it broaden your mind and maybe help your career, but it is a great way to meet new people.
I met my husband through a mutual friend. Ask your friends if they know someone with the above characteristics, you never know, they just might. Volunteering is another way to meet good men. If you want conservative, you could always help out with the campaign of a local conservative politician. There are always young guys there, trust me. My best advice is to broaden those horizons to places you normally wouldn't. I think to find a good man you do have to look in a good place.

Oh and one more thing, I do have two friends who met their significant others online through eharmoney and match.com. They were looking for a certain age and certain characteristics and it helped them to find specifically those people. Just be extra careful if you do this, until you really get to know a person.

Churches are not exactly a 100% sure thing. Even liberals can be found in a church. I know, it is hard to believe, but it is true. As a conservative, I find it difficult to find a conservative woman even in a church. It seems that all of the women I find attractive in personality and intelligence are married. A church is a good start though. A Calvary Chapel church would be good for your age group. I hope you find the right man that God wants you to have in your life. ;-)

I would most definitely not recommend the library. I work in a library and judging by the majority of conservative men I've personally known, the library is the LAST place you'd find any of them.

Have you tried the local college fraternities? Football games? Hooters?

There is no such place that exist, coz sometime this type of people comes from unexpected places.

All men that I know think about that when they are with a girl it will all just depend on the situation and how they will handle it.

Men are made this way but we can be controlled.

well you took my two picks. I met my husband at college (not a party school). he was only about 85% about one thing but not all. hmmm...try volunteering. nice guys and some of them a putting in community service for a misdemeanor - makes for a good story of how you met eh?

Join a Republican club.

Go to a college.

There. Conservative and young.

You'll have to find the sweet on your own.

Best Wishes
