If you would let me know, that would be great! Also how can i prolong the effects of either or for a while.....drinking caffeine maybe? Does that intense the feelings?

Oxy contin is more powerful, but extremely addictive. I wouldn't take that even if I had to suffer severe pain. I had an uncle lose his psychiatric practice due directly to that. Take the vicodin for your pain if that's available. One thing you can do to prolong the effects is to take your medication with food. It helps your body metabolize as much of it as possible.

Oxycontin is stronger than Vicodin. As for the issue of caffeine and the effects on medication it could counteract the effectiveness of the medication but I would recommend checking with your pharmacist as well to see what they say.

I would say Oxycontin based on clinical experience with clients using the two. Vicodin is extremely strong and not far behind. Oxycontin will change a person's personality and eventually make a recluse out of them.
It is dangerous to combine one of these drugs with caffeine because it can blow up your heart! Not worth the temporary high you might receive. That's called drug abuse.

oxycontin is stronger than vicodin. caffiene will not prolong the effects but have somewhat of the opposite feeling.
alcohol intensifies the drug but it can easily make you stop breathing or cause you to choke to death on your own vomit or falling in front of a moving vehicle....don't do it. just a suggestion.

If you continue to take these meds for the fun of it, you will build up a tolerance to them. What do you think you'll do when you have a serious headache or something and nothing on the painkiller market works? Stop. Quit while you're ahead.

Of course. They give out vicodin to every kid that gets his wisdom teeth out. He will most likely get a pill that contains mostly aspirin or acetaminophen with a small amount of opiate pain killer. These are good for pain, but bad for recreational use.

I'm not sure which is stronger. Caffeine will counteract the strength of those meds. Ck your spelling...don't think it's cotton...I think it's Oxycontin ?
