My mom (who married American) and my younger brother have migrated into the US one year ago. She doesn't have her work permission and some other documents as far as I know, but her marriage papers seem to be settled. What are my chances for permanently coming in the US?

If your under 18 your step father can apply for a visa, he will have to file a I-130 just have your mom talk to him. I wish you the best and hope you are with your mom soon.

You have the chance to go to the US by applying as a dependent of a US resident. Your relatives must file a petition for you to join them in America.
