Mononucleosis, herpes, colds, flu, hepatitis. You're not likely to get HIV, gonorrhea, syphillis, clamydia, etc. because saliva kills these.

Mononucleosis- EBV it is a virus in the saliva it causes a sore throat, weakness and fatigue, and sometimes an enlarged spleen.

The most common is clamidia. But mono, herpes, HIV and gonorrhea come to mind.
