Looks like a cool centre with lots to offer, dont think its a McDojo unless the pricess are way over the top here its probably legit, but the best way to find out is to train there

The low kick question: I know someone who took down a burgular with a low kick to the knee cap, now the guy was strong and probably could have taken him down many other ways but that was what finished the fight in this case, so yeah, a good low kick is effective especially against someone who wouldnt be used to them at all

Low kicks can be very effective. The problem is most people don't spend the time developing their accuracy with them. I have had a few fights with much larger people in my time and I can tell you the ones that ended early were with low kicks and the guy on the ground holding his dislocated knee or sore groin.

To be effective with low kicks you have to practice low kicking and the angle, distance and balance for that is different than kicking at the stomach, kidney area, or much higher like the face or head. Also they are usually lead leg kicks-not the rear leg power kicks which have more power but take longer to reach the target and give your opponent more time to move, dodge, or react.

In MMA events they do not allow kicks to the knees or groin and I am certainly not going to take the time to try and chop a guy down with leg kicks when one kick to the knee or groin will end the situation right then and there.

Looks like your normal MMA place, a Judo guy, a Boxing guy, a Muay Thai guys, a Jujitsu guy. Probably would be fun to train at. Low kicks work everywhere. In the street, in jeans there is only so high you can kick anyway. a swift Knee kick ends most fights without having to bloody each other too much.

Low kicks work. There are a number of pressure points on the legs.
It is probably a McDojo as I don't know any real MA/massage parlor combos.

Never been hit by a low kick, have you? Get hit in the right place and you're going down, especially if you don't know how to defend one properly. Ever have someone give you a "dead-arm"? Feels about like that.
