make an appointment with your dermatologist. some forms of acne can be light, mild, or severe. your dermatologist will be able to categorize your type and will also give you the appropriate medication or cream to treat it. it sounds like your acne is mild or maybe even light. my acne is mild and I found the medication doxcyclin to work VERY well!!! its a pill you take once a day, and when i took it, in about a month my skin started to clear up and i never got one pimple ror whitehead while on the pills- not even when i was on my period! I also found that using a minimal amount of cream and treatments work well, because if you use too much, all of it just clogs up your pores. so try not to load up on everything. lastly, i started using obagi, a system that fades acne marks, and it works great! in 3 weeks, my skin was glowing and the scars were fading! the downside is that the obagi kit costs $320. but more tips are to eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits and drink at least a gallon of water a day, if you can, more! the way you eat will affect your skin. if you're putting chemically processed food in your body, your skin will tell you. but there is no real cure for acne, these things will just help your complexion, and most likely diminish the number of pimples you get. the most important tip is to visit your dermatologist,

Yeah, i totally agree-pimples are the worst thing ever. Try to drink loads of water, and the food which is good for your skin-that is fruits, veggies, nuts, and stuff which contains vegetable and olive oil. Wash your face with a cleanser or soap made for acne, or just hot water. Try tea tree oil-steam your face with it. Moisturise your skin everyday, but not too much or you'll be adding too much oil to the skin. Keep of the stress-it causes pimples. Take some time to chill out everyday. If things are really bad, see a doctor or dermatologist. They can really help-my brother suffered severe acne, and by washing his face properly, seeing a doctor and steaming with tea tree oil, he's way better. Some tips would be to keep your hair clean and off your face, not use too much makeup, and make sure you're not too hot. Best of luck!

You need to use a cleanser and treatment cream for the problem area around your chin and mouth. When going to purchase the treatments, remember that salicylic acid is only useful for black heads because it is an exfoliant that reaches the inside of pores while benzoyl peroxide is useful for white heads and pimples. Benzoyl peroxide is a topical antibacterial agent, which is why it is useful with breakouts. Try to find a product aimed at your particular skin type (dry, combination, oily, ect). Look at the back of your face cleanser and treatment agent for the active ingredient.

The most important and cheapest thing you can do is drink tons of water. Alot of people say this, because it's sp vital in the improvment of skin and overall, health. Try to atleast average a glass of water every hour you're awake if possible. It flushes out all that icky stuff in your body. Then use a cleanser, (toner depending on skin type and choice), and a good moisturizer. The you need to spot treat the excisting pimples with a benzyol peroxide or saylic ance cream.

I used to have really bad acne, but I have a facial system that does a good job of treating it. Clean and Clear Blackhead Prevention Scrub, applied directly after the hot water portion of my shower, and followed by cold water to seal the cleansed pores. Then for spot treatment I use Persa-Gel, which dries out trouble areas on my face, wait a few minutes for that to soak in, and then apply pure aloe vera and Neutrogena facial moisturizer. This works for me because I have a dry skin type. I use this about once daily, and when I stay on top of it, I like it better than the stuff you see on television. This is cheaper too!

pimples on each region of the face indicate a certain kind of problem, yours are around the chin and mouth.. these are indication of digestive or dietary imbalance.
have you recently had a change in die.. a new place you frequent.. junk food , drinks ? these can effect the stomach and directly reflect on the chin in the form of pimples...
next thing you should do is have a glass of warm water with lemon and honey in the morning. will clear the blood of impurities.
you will see a change in 10days of corrective diet and morning lemon drink,

Eat fruit everyday for a week. It cleanses out your system.
For breakfast, instead of having those slimy pancakes, trade it for a big nice bowl of strawberries and bananas and a cup of any juice of your choice. You can have some toast or something with it if you'd like if you are still hungry after the bananas and strawberries, but make sure that there is nothing on the toast since it may break out your face.
For lunch, exchange that greasy slice of pizza for a big bag of grapes and a cup of yogurt, and drink a big glass of water after you are done. For dinner, you can go with a mixed cocktail of different fruits, or even vegetables if you are a person who likes to have their dinners the biggest meal.
If you decide to eat something else for dinner, then that's fine. Just make sure that you include a little bit of fruit in it.
Do this everyday for a week and you will see a change in your face. Drink lots of water!

Nothing that you eat is going to change your skin. It's a myth that junk food makes you break out, but constantly touching your face will.
I suggest ProActive or seeing a dermatologist depending on the severity.
Good luck :)

There are many different treatments to use for your acne, but most of them cost money... and lots of it. If it gets too bad, I'd recomend seeing your dermetologist, and they'll perscribe something for you. What I would recomend though is avoid touching your face. Make sure you wash it when you wake up, and before you go to bed. Also try buying a facial clenser and applying it after rinsing.
