The first sentence could be correct, if it were used as an answer to a question. However, if it were just a sentence, it would not make sense. The second sentence "I study english hard everyday" is grammatically correct always. The first one is only correct as the reply to a question.

No, the first sentence you wrote was incorrect.
Try this: "I do it everyday - I study English hard."
Sure - "I study English hard everyday" is easier, but once you get past the basics, you can try to say the same things using different words. The English language has a lot of flexibility, whether you write or speak. Keep up the good work!

Your second sentence was better than the first one.

Could say - Every day I study English. "hard' is not necessary, and sounds awkward. English is hard to study if you're learning it.

'I spend a lot of time studying English every day.' ??

That sentence doesn't really make sense to me. If that's the correct way, it doesn't matter because most people don't talk like that anyway. I don't really like the way the second sentence is either, but it make more sense that the first one. I think it would be better understood if you took hard out of the sentence and put alot or something like that.

What's an "English hard"?

Just say," I study English everyday".
"Hard" is redundant.

Not correct.

This is better, and more correct:
