That is too young. I can not think of the particular country, but I know it exists. What are your views on this?

Remember the old saying, "Old enough to bleed, old enough to breed!" And, if she has a pair of boobs, then what is the problem? If she is getting nailed by someone her own age (by her own consent) then nobody seems to have a problem with that. However, if she is getting nailed by an older man, then he is a "pedophile". Additionally, if it is the other way around, and she is of adult age, but her partner is male, and of young age, then again, most of society has no problem with it. So then, I want to know, where is the logic in that? Hello? Better to be consistent in both point of view, and in the law.

I guess it depends on life expectancy.
In the middle ages married and a mother at 13 wasn't considered young. but they also died at 40.
Maybe if the country was as medically advanced as we are, they could raise it. but I dont think that's gonna happen any time soon.

there is a state in the USA that it is 14.. i think Rhode Island or some state around there.. i think it is crazy
