how do i help my 20yrs old step daughther who still lives with me?

she seem to be kind of a cool kid and has been living with me since the age of eight. she has been sturggling with school and was not able to graduate since two years ago. she's still a virgin, has never dated a boy and does not even have a best friend! her dad and i have tried everything to expose her to life but things are still not working. i cannot think of any other program to put her into. some times we think that she has learning disability but has not taken her to the hospital for that yet. i am 100% furstrated and don't know what more to do. please help with any idea of adult program.....or anything!!!!

you should take her to her doctor it could be something easily treated such as a learning disability. my niece struggled badly in school. all f's thru 9th grade she was depressed alot but once they learned that she had a learning disability they discovered shehad a real problem concentrating. they cut out her high school electives so she could consentrate on her core classes. the improvement in her concentration was huge and she is now a very happy straight a senior. boyfriend and lots of friends now too.

She's 20 years old and you think she may have a learning disability but you've never had her tested? Good grief! Oh, and a 20 year old is no longer a kid. Or shouldn't be.

Maybe it would be better for her to go for a G.E.D. and get out of high school. Then she can get a little job of some sort. Perhaps the contact with other people will help.

Have her MOVE AWAY to a college dorm. She will then be forced to live the younger life. Tell her she needs to live at college in a dorm to really experience college.

Maybe shes just good at hiding her sexual exploits. Why ould yuo be so worried about her sexual habits anyways?
