I agree with others. Medical and dishonorable does not go together. Further more, if he has a medical problem severe enough that a discharge is on the table, then he wouldn't be doing PT anyway.
None of this makes sense. If he was beating his wife and kids, was he reported and brought up on charges for domestic violence?
If he is so evil, and he is your ex, then let it go. You are free..free to move on with your life. You need to move on for the sake of your children if nothing else. If he is only 'evil' in your eyes, don't poison your kids against him. This has a way blowing up in your face as they get older. Using them as pawns to get back at him is the wrong way to go. Children are smart. If he has been 'evil' to them, they won't want to be near him. If it was substantiated during the divorce, then I am sure the judge made the right call.
Just in case the way you presented the info was screwed up, if he didn't do what he was suppose to do and was UA, then he has already set the ball in motion. If that is the case, it is yet another reason to move on with your life. Say a prayer and let it go. You harboring ill will for him will only eat you up on the inside and hinder your growth and moving on.

There are a couple of flaws in your plan:
1. You don't get dishonorably discharged for medical.
2. It's Unauthorized Absence, not AWOL (Absent Without Leave).
3. You need to stop stalking your ex-husband. I understand that you have some animosity toward him, but you'll never be able to live your life if you don't move on.

one does NOT get an OTH or BCD for medical reasons. one gets a GUH(genearl under Honorbale) or a Honorable discharge.
if he is AWOL, he is already in trouble, there is nothing you need to do. he was in trouble the minute he was due back and didn;t do so. after 30 days it becomes desertion, and he will eventually be found and caught.

If he is AWOL, there is nothing you need to do to get him in trouble. He did it on his own.
If you just want to get an honorable marine in trouble because you're going through a divorce, I ain't the man to help you.

I'm curious about why you want to get him in trouble. Maybe his ex-wife is just as evil?
He's your past, let him stay there, and mind your own business. :)

its AWOL and what more can they do to him he is already getting the lowest type of discharge.....more than likely rather than waste resources on this idiot they will do the paperwork and get him out anyways.............
Regards and glad he is you ex.......sounds like a real winner.
