I guess that would be CVN-65 USS Enterprise. She is the longest naval vessel in the world. She is 342.3 meters long (9 meters longer than the Nimitz class).

The Nimitz class ships mentioned by some answerers above is heavier, but not larger.

There are TWO manners of measuring ship "SIZE", the most COMMON is by Displacement, and the other is LOA (Length Overall).

The Enterprise (CVN-65) has a displacement of 93,500 tons full load, and is 1123 feet long
The Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) has a displacement of 104,000 tons, and is 1092 feet long

So the Enterprise is longer by 31 feet, but is smaller by 10,500 tons of displacement.
