You want to draw on yourself with a marker, and then tattoo over the lines you've made? Am I reading that right? Are you nuts?
If you wanna use the marker to draw a temporary tattoo on yourself, that's fine. I think it's a great idea if you want the look, but not the permanence, or for an occasion like Halloween.
However, you should always go to a real, lisenced professional to get a real tattoo. You should never do it yourself (unless you yourself are a tattoo artist and I can tell from your post that you aren't), and you should never let your buddy give you one in his basement with a homemade gun. That's like pleading for hepatitis or some equally bad disease or infection.

Sure. I regularly used to do it. It's all well for whilst you truthfully wish a tattoo. Before I received mine, I drew the layout on my foot for a few weeks to peer how I preferred it.

please spare yourself the crappy tattoo that you will end up with. please spare us from the future questions about botched home scratching and the infections that will follow. please save yourself from later coverups that you will get when you realize how horrible your skin looks.
be responsible and act like a grown up (whether you are one or not) and just don't tattoo yourself. YOU are the reason that the general public thinks that people with tattoos are trashy and dumb.
