Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Cut off ALL of the split ends, it's the only way. Some products claim they can remove/mend the split ends but they don't.
Use a moisturizing shampoo condtioner and leave in creme. I reccomened Neutrogena Triple Moisture, shampoo conditioner and deep recovery hair mask
http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a...
Neutrogena.com
Brush your hair before shampooing and conditioner so your hair won't be tangeled.
Don't wash your hair everyday try 3 times a week
Avoid combing hair while wet, use a wide tooth comb.
Deep condition twice a week
Trim your hair tips every 4-6 weeks.
While shampooing massage your scalp with your fingertips slowly, it's not necessary to shampoo the ends, then rinse with warm water.
When using a conditioner leave on for about 1-3 minutes so you can get great results then comb hair with wide tooth comb then rinse with very cold water to have shiny hair
If you use gel/hairspray/moose stop using them. They damage and dry up your hair.
If you use heat appliaces (blowdryers, curling irons, hair straightener) use a heat protecter spray so it'll protect your hair from heat.
If your in the sun alot buy a cap or a hoodie to protect your hair from the sun, heat damages and drys out your hair.
Buy a leave-in-conditioner/leave-in conditioner/creme to moisturize your hair all day long and don't rinse.
After your out of the shower set your blowdryer on cool setting and blowdryer your hair for 2 minutes, this will help seal the hair cuticles for a smooth shiny surface.
If you dye your hair do it atleast once a year, hair dye has terrible chemicals that kill your hair.

I use the whole line of Biolage by Matrix. It contains botanical extracts, it's really great for your hair,of all types. They have leave-in conditioners, etc. that you can use everyday. I have really long and baby fine hair that gets dried out by the heat of the sun. I have also colored my hair and used blow drier. Check out the whole line of Biolage, I am sure you will find something you will enjoy using. This is what a lot of professionals use in the salons.

First off get your hair trimmed to get rid of the split ends. There are some excellent leave in conditioner products that are available, like Infusium.

you're blow drying your hair, coloring and straighten it.those things really affectst the health of your hair.hot oiling and using conditioners regularly will help you retain the moisture of your hair which was lost by those.

I really like spray shine by Alterna. It's citrus scented, and doesn't weigh down fine hair. It makes your hair shiny & helps to moisturize dry hair.
