These are 3 tattoo ideas that I want and I can't find them when I google them, I need help peeps..

The characters I'd go for:
Sexy: 美 or 麗 / 丽(all mean 'beautiful', but the second and third would be seen less commonly than the first. Trust me if you use the literal translations for sexy given here you will look stupid like Britney)
Strong: 堅 / 坚 (this would mean strong as in your strength of character rather than strong like you are muscly (as in some other answers), which I don't think you want)
Misunderstood: 朧/ 胧 （Misunderstood doesn't really come in a single character - you could use the 3 character translation given before. But these characters show a dragon next to a moon which can mean nebulous or unknown - not really the same meaning but don't they misunderstand you because they don't know you??)
Hope this helps but really speak to a native speaker if you can. Yahoo answers has a Chinese version, you could ask there, but you'd need to be able to read Chinese!

I think I understand the attraction for the Chinese characters - people like the calligraphy and the meanings hidden behind the words. I studied Chinese for over 6 years, yes, speaking, reading, and writing - all of it. It is ironic when I see many individuals with tattoos of Chinese characters yet they can neither speak one sentence of Chinese nor pronounce the words they have written in their flesh.
I think the first person to answer your question is right - find a native speaker of Chinese, and have him/her write it for you and teach you the pronunciation.
p.s. Gabriel has done a good job of listing those three words, in simplified Chinese characters. Now, decide if you want all those on your body.

have you tried babelfish? I'd really suggest you get a native speaker to help you with this...CHinese and English do not translate that literally. You know like Britney Speirs tattoo that was supposed to say 'mysterious'...it really says 'strange'
