There are many different 'rules of thumb' you can use... like no bigger than the palm of your hand... so many slices, if it's lunch meat... etc... but, the easiest way is to go to a dollar store (Dollar Tree, Dollar General... ) or a grocery store and buy a scale. (The cheapest ones are anywhere from $1-$3, or there are some that are $10-ish-grocery stores-... but the dollar ones from Dollar Tree work well for me.)

Get a scale. They don't cost that much and if you're on a "strict diet plan" you will use it often.
But if you couldn't think of getting a simple scale, you may not be able to use it correctly.

Become who we desire we would Avoid the penalties Are we in Oz but. I have no idea, but if my granddaughter used to be a little one, and we acted out the ingredients, she continually insisted I act the witch, as she favored the way in which, "I melted." Had I been her little one playmate, I could have had a snit, and stated, no now not once more!

Get a food scale. Weigh the meat while it is raw or subtract half an ounce when it is cooked.
