my little girl is turning 5 and my newborn son will be christened on the same day. any ideas on party themes for this 2-in-1 celebration?

do a zoo animal theme... little girls like animals and it kind of reminds you of noah's ark

anything themed to her favorite tv would work for the baby too
maybe a summer theme
zoo would work
or day at the farm
jungle theme
artic theme- penguins
water games- pool, water guns, water balloons, slip n slids

My boy/girl twins are turning 1this month and I'm doing Elmo. You could do curious george, little Einsteins or animals.

make it two separate parties.
Your 2 year old may feel left out if everyone will be cooing over the newborn.
Let the princess have her day to herself
