As a beginner your body is primed for growth and spending the money on some of these supplements especially if you don't understand what you're doing is just a waste of money. I would recommend that you definitely consult your doctor, but invest your money in a good book, learn proper form and technique before you start throwing money into supplements. I have always been partial to the Bodybuilding Bible. If you really want to find a supplement that will help, look for a good protein power, at this point stay away from all the other supplements for now.

work out naturally and you will gain muscle however once you get the concept and your consistant and you think you can have a nuetritional diet and your responisble enough to start taking supplements then id say go for it ... but remember taking supplements is just like working out if you miss a day of it... it will affect you so be prepared .... and when you start taking supplements you should be putting yourself on another level on mindset.... remember you workout to get strong nothing else =)

you have to be more specific about the types of supplements that you are referring to. there are supplements that are used more effectively when bulking and others mainly when cutting or reducing body fat levels

It not safe to do, I think you might want to talk to your doctor before you start using the supplements.
