If there is such a thing as intelligent life then I'd venture to guess it was first created on the African plate (where humanity began) of Pangaea before it broke up.

although somewhat of a non sequitar point respected and no I'm not a proponent of design theory as they never mention when referring to extreme circumstances needed for life to exist that they are dealing with a possibly infinite universe and in that light the probabilities are much different. And even if you don't like my view of probability doesn't someone win the lottery in spite of the odds this argument is specious but I thought the more ignorant thinker might find it appealing.

Little Squirrel,
Shaolt and I do not agree very often but we do on this. The Old Testament actually is the first place that we are told the earth is "ROUND". You should read from it a little niow and then. Have a great week.
Thanks,
Eds
EDIT:
I also agree with Brian. Life began in the Middle East.

I am not sure which side but it was in one of the four corners as mentioned in the bible. This proves that the earth is a least a rectangle, doesn't it?

This question contains no "Wisdom"..............
It would be best to ask a question that contains substance!
"Ignorance has a way of making its presence felt."
Oceans have become mountains.
Mountains have becone oceans.
The location of where the first seed of life started on earth, no
longer is above water!

Perhaps you would enlighten us with Bible evidence of its so-called flatness?
