I was breathing a little harder and couldnt think straight and kept blabbing stuff which i cant even remember ....
And its so terrible. I felt so uncomfortable and didnt want to be there but I had felt fine the WHOLE DAY with all those people ....

Am i just self concious or something?

Thanks so much

It could have been a panic attack, but it would be strange to experience such an attack when you felt comfortable at the start.
Could it be that maybe someone slipped something into your drink? That would account for the "weird felling", the inability to think straight and the blabbing on, and you can't remember what.
If that's the case I would avoid open drinks, or leaving the drink alone, when with those people. If that was someone's idea of a joke then you don't want to be around them.

This does sound like a panic attack. You should have a doctors appointment, just to make sure that you are not having any physical problems that could be causing this.

You could be experiencing some stress in your life, that you are not dealing with in a healthy manner and that is causing you to feel a bit out of control and disconnected.

I have had panic attacks a few times in my life, but have learned to control them with deep breathing exercises and meditation when I begin to feel a bit nervous and out of control. They can sometimes occur so suddenly and for seemingly no reason that it will take you off guard.

Women can even have hormone imbalances that can cause panic attack symptoms, so you may want to get your thyroid and body enzymes checked.

Good luck and think happy and calm thoughts.
