But having a boyfriend teach you nothing and not guide you correctly could mean he is not serious about your learning and I have had many of those in my day. You can take some courses in Spanish. You can also buy Spanish cd's to listen to in your car that have basic Spanish. That is what helped me with my Italian class. I'm sure you don't want to leave to Mexico and leave your boyfriend just to learn Spanish so that is what I recommend.
