What kind of upgrades are there for a 1999-2001 Ford f150? Can you get exhaust? what kinda products can you get? I have heard it is bad to get a lift of a v6, is that true? and what can you get to increce the Horsepower?

A air intake kit and a cat-back system will help some. You will see the biggest gain from a programmer (like a Diablosport Predator) and a lower gear ratio in the rearend.
A lift kit will mean taller, heavier tires, which will kill the gear ratio and make the engine have to pull around even more weight.

a v6 try an exhaust and air filter. a lift wont affect any except the weight and look.
