Mine: I deserve a raise at work because I am making a huge difference in productivity within my dept. I always accomplish over and above that which I am asked or required to do. I inspire my co-workers to do the same also. My leadership skills are obvious, yet not fairly acknowledged. I've paid my dues and proved I am very valuable to my company.

I agree you need a raise. Now, you just have to make the message clear that your company is in jeopardy of losing you if you don't get a raise.

Of course, you must have backup plans to fall back on if you really leave the company. You should also honestly assess your value to the company, because if you really don't deserve a raise, then it would be a threat with no backbone.

Sounds like you do deserve a raise. If you can demonstrate these things to your boss using specific instances, then there's no reason why you shouldn't get one.
