PNC Arts center holmdel new jersey nj-parking lot?

Anyone know what time the parking lot would open for people to tailgate for a concert that starts at 7pm?

Three hours in advance of the event.
But to be safe, go to the Garden State Parkway web site for any rules and restrictions.

The earliest we have gotten there was 4:00 and didn't have a problem getting in the lot, we usually just head there around 5:30 though and chill out for two hours then go in. Have fun!!

is there a drop off and pick up area for those who are attending a concert but not driving?
