I dont have a problem with fighting a war as long as its justified. I get pissed with all these blindsided fools in this milatary page who call anyone who thinks a certain war was not justified a pot smoking hippy. If these jackass's ran the country it would have crumbled into a pit of despair because they are the same level of warmongers as the terrorists. As a democracy our job as civilians is to question our government and the next election will not go in the favor of another war. Dont these idiots realize the trillions of dollars bush spent to push his weight around could have all been spent in Americas own backyard. It seems that none of these people have a real point of veiw, just go fight and kill. Ask the majority of troops off camera if they think the US is doing anygood in iraq and they will say no. If you want to fight a war take on the warlords in Africa killing thousands of innocent people daily. And support Isreal against the insurgents there. Other then that the war was a complete mistake.

I think you have your numbers completely wrong there is no way we have killed 6.5million the iraq army did not have that many and most of them surrendered because they were afraid of sadam's wrath.
There are a lot of reasons to go to war most of them are not just destruction. The USA goes to war for political reasons not just to destroy. You need more time as a ground pounder to appreciate what you read about. You sound like you spend far too much time with your nose in a book and far too little time accually living life.

Unfortunely war sometimes is nessary. If you look at history do you actually believe that the Axis could have been handled strictly by diplomatic means. Sometimes the only way for evil the gain the victory is for good men to do nothing. Saddam was evil, look at what he did to his neigbors and to his own people. Oh your figures on dead and wounded are grossly over inflated.

USA has with ulterior motive to exploit oil reserves in Iraq, waged war on the pretext of not complying the conditions that are laid by the USA and destroyed the entire Iraq and installed a puppet Government there. The war resulted in destruction of entire infrastructure and taken many innocent people. War is a loss of lives to both countries. Hence war making as politics is not good for the invading and affected country. Both are losers in terms of lives even though one of them wins.

There haven't been 6.5 million killed.
The vast majority of casualties have not been caused by the US military, they've been caused by Iraqi on Iraqi violence.
You need to find more credible sources of information.
