because you bite it.
Try to keep your mouth slightly open at all times, except when you're chewing on food.
This will keep your tongue happy and free of impressions.
It will also be better for your teeth, because you might be grinding your teeth sometimes too.

You should pass your drug test w/flying colors!
Don't worry about 2ND hand smoke even if you took a hit or two I doubt it will show up. So relax, and don't go to anymore concerts before you take a drug test from now on! Lol
