this is the first time i've took portraits! Please judge them!

Not bad at all. The first one with them on the bench is good and I like the choices you made about the composition. The lighting and focus are also very good. A huge leap from some of your previous work.
I really liked the one where your cousin is walking alone down the railroad tracks with her hand in her hair and she is looking down. That picture really tells a story and it is one of your finest works of photographic art. You are really coming along as a starter and i am so excited for you and am proud of the way you keep plugging away and trying. You are definitely showing some style, technique and you are on your way to growing as a photog. Good work.

Start learning about using flash as fill outdoors. Usually you want to balance the difference between subject and background, the first one on the bench with their backs turned is an example.
Your portraits still need less DOF. The backgrounds are a bit cluttered, which would resolve if they were sufficiently out of focus.
The RR track is my favorite, too. The actual image may not look as washed out as the screen image. If it does, you need to apply some levels adjustment to help the tone and contrast.

theyre really good for ur first time! ...try to keep the center of interests kinda OFF-center lol.... like in ur first picture.. that makes the picture a lot more interesting. the first one is amazingg lol. and obviously get them naturally.. like dont pose them or be like SMILE!! lol ...the candid pictures are better sometimes too

very nice.. i like the railroad tracks one. it looks like something should be on the front of a hallmark card for an anniversary or something. very well done. the black and white is always better for some reason..
