Not unless he tries to convert you, which any good police officer wouldn't, regardless of his religion.
The religion of your parole officer doesn't concern me. What concerns me is what you did to warrant having one.

No. The only person that can take your religious freedom from you is yourself. If yes, then you are probably violating your probation officers religious freedom to practice Islam. It goes both ways.

I'm a muslim.
What is your P.O. doing that violates your 'religious freedom' anyway ? Were you told to have your d*** circumcised ? LOL
Well, if he did, the answer would be yes, it is a violation of your 'religious freedom'.
Or perhaps your 'religious freedom' doesn't allow a muslim to practice his 'religious freedom' ?
In that case, it's YOU who violate the 'religious freedom'.

The religion of your probation officer is not a violation of your religious freedom. You may practice or refrain from practicing any religion you like, whatever religion your probation officer practices.

If you are on probation for criminal acts, your freedoms are already curtailed. What would be the point of whining about an imagined violation of another freedom which you may have forfeited with bad behaviour.

....no. of course it isn't. would it be a violation of your religious freedom if he/she was a Jew or a Christian or a Catholic? no. unless this person is trying to force their religion down your throat then i don't really see why you are even worrying that he/she is a Muslim.
i don't normally make friends with people who don't like obeying the law but based on your question alone: no i would not be your friend.

a violation of your rights would occur in this case only if the officer was making you do things that involved some religious practise . if he was telling you that you had to go to his temple of return to prison then sure that is a violation.

Given what is going on in the world, etc. I would ask for a reassignment of a p.o. who would have you best interests at heart.

A practicing muslim and a practicing evangelical both will try to convert you. That is what their religion tells them to do.

It is only a violation if you PO tries to use his/her influence to convert you. The fact that your PO is a Muslim wouldn't stop me from being your friend. The fact that you have one (PO) might.
