Its a matter of taste, but it depends on the crowd you're going for.
If you're trying to snag an emo guy, go for the emo fashion. I'd suggest medium length hair (a little past the base of your skull, just about to the shoulders) and 2 piercings: One on each ear, for earrings. Black-gem studs would be a bonus, or possibly purple or red earrings, based on your hair color.
If you're going for a regular guy, then have long, single color hair in a girly fashion, with two piercings. This time, go for flashy earrings, or possibly hoop earrings.
This is just my personal taste, though. Many guys like different things.

I have pretty long hair, I like them but We think I would have them reduce short in about some two years

Girls look hot when they have a girly fashion but not 2 girly only a couple pierceings and i preffer long hair

I honestly really don't like it all when girls cut their hair short. Well honestly because it's not really girly anymore. I love a girl who has hair down to her chest.

i love long hair on women, but then that depends on how the woman prefers the way her hair is,
dont like facial piercings at all
hair colour, my favourite is blonde with chocolate underlayer
