I've had it and I know it tastes really good, but it kinda seems too good to be true, haha. It also reminds me a lot of Gatorade or Power Ade.

i think its just a marketing ploy to spend more money - in my opinion i just stick with good old h20 -

I think it does, it has vitamins, but it's like a sugary drink, many of them still taste like water, they just have extra vitamins too. it's pretty good.

NO. It is just as you described.
Drink plain water - bottled or tap.
Most people don't need vitamins anyway.
