Hi Cosmicdrifter, We have got the decorators in our house at the moment. One of the house painters is from Indiana. His nickname is 40 watt because he is not very bright...well he informs me that the place where Heaven and Earth meet is a temple in Jerusalem called Axis Mundi. :o)

Yeah, and Hui Neng was just a dumb kitchen labourer, right?

There have been a (very) few times when the doors have opened and I've caught a glimpse of that reality.
Strangely enough, the place where Heaven and Earth meet is right in the centre of my own chest, the very centre of the universe. (As is yours, and yours, oh! and yours as well.)

What time is it in Indiana? It's half five in the morning in Hampshire - and I'm awake too early!

EDIT.
I don't mean the place that CD's talking about. - I'm just so intrigued by the theory that every single point in the universe is at its centre.

At that same place every time where
We used to meet
Since millions of years
Where Stars are trying to fall like rain
Where the Moon is always blue
In that awareness of our dream
When the truth starts to unfold; then and
Always the Heaven and Earth meet

So we got the old hippy brigade out today !
They don't meet because there is no heaven as such. There is an after life but not like that and there is no way they can meet. They are to seperate levels of existence.
Honest!

CD, that's * not * you.

You're as far from being the adjective you ascribed to yourself, modestly - as the Buddha. :-)

The place where heaven & earth meet, is in me, and you, and everybody who 'hears' this.

It takes a world teacher of your calibre, to reveal these things to Man.

Go well, brother.
