Well if you read my other post, I want to get to 105 pounds by the end of the summer. I am 5'4 15 years old and 93 pounds. It's going to take a lot of work. I have 4.4% body fat so fat isn't a problem. What should I do daily to get to get a six pack? Can someone make like a personalized plan for me? :P Thanks!

IM TAKING NO SUPPLEMENTS. except for centrium in the morning. i did measure my body fat. i have 4.4% roughly 4 pounds of fat.
