Being a border line diabetic I would have to say milk. Although I like both but juice has too much sugar for me.

If you knew what was in milk, you would never drink it again. Juice is better and water better than juice. If you dilute juice with half water, that is good.
We are the only mammals on the planet that continue to drink milk after we are weaned. Yes, cats drink milk but it is because humans give it to them.

milk is better for you but not saying juice isnt good for u. they just do different things. but milk is more convienent due to u being a gurl. strong bones and teeth of course & osteoporosus. but a glass of milk or dairy product can actually slim ur waist the more u drink it/eat. i tried a yogurt-a-day diet and my waist trimmed up very nicely. so i would say milk is more beneficial.

milk is better for you and it does not cause problems to your teeth it will help them.
had a friend who drank lots of juice and it she had problems with her teeth (because of the acid and sugar in the juice) so the dentist told her to stop drinking juice and start drinking water or milk.

what is milk but moo juice. Juice is loaded with calories and it better to eat fruit, milk has calcium to make bones strong and its vitamin D fortified. so Milk is essential, juice isnt.

Milk is so much more better for you, its full of calcium and other vitamins. Instead of fruit juice, have fruit so you get the fibre.(leave skin on)
