Please give me the basic and amateur/ newbie/ by the book step s on how to open a compouter. Thanks.

Plug everything into the correct outlets. Push the "on" button. It should open up to the windows start page. If your program is not shown, click on "start" then "all programs". Find the one you want.

Great question! It is difficult to make computers work the way they should. In fact I can't even get this computer to start, it hasn't started for 3 weeks. I don't know how I'm even able to write this with a computerthat won't start. Modern technology, wow, it's great!

First take out the screws, if there are any labels saying WARNING DO NOT OPEN or DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE or other warnings take it to a geek squad team they can open it for you.
