I have gotten several violation notices in the past two days for very dumb stuff.
"What's with all the Mormon questions tonight?" was a question that I had last night because there was a huge run on Mormon questions. It got a violation notice.
I then asked this question..."Is Yahoo! Answers run by monkeys?" It also got a violation notice, after 23 answers were given.
Then someone asked..."are there any religions that warship death?"
Then I answered..."I need to tell Tragic_Typos about this question." Guess what...violation.
I don't get it. I've seen much worse on here with no violations.
Is it the monkeys? (Waiting for this violation.)

In the last 3 hours, I have had 3 questions removed and 2 answers deleted. This is getting stupid. Yahoo is getting stupid.

I can't post anything serious in this place. The only thing that they don't delete for me is when I am just joking around.

I've gotten 4 violations today. I can see the point of only one of them, although I disputed it. The others make no sense at all. It's like they're violating people at random.

Aaaah... censorship at work. Agreed, the violation notices you are receiving are without just cause, particularly when held in comparison to other questions/responses. Perhaps you've acquired a "report abuse" stalker?

I got two violation notices yesterday for trying to post a link to a satirical video about atheism. It was so light hearted. I don't get it.

I don't know but I wouldn't have given you a violation for any of that stuff, sound like someone is following you and marking your questions with the report abuse.

Schools out and we're stuck with stupid, ignorant, no morals whatsoever, irritating, dont know whos your daddy, teens.

I got it twice for saying that the protagonist of the bible is a murderer and the antagonist gave Adam and Eve knowledge... Which the protagonist subsequently punished them for gaining.
Anyone that has read the bible knows that this is totally true and hence a valid answer. God did punish them for learning about good and evil. Satan in the form of the serpent did help them learn. An xtian might say that he said not to eat the fruit, yet they disregard in that instance that the fruit of knowledge is a metaphor. The metaphor is a good one and speaks volumes, but practically speaking, there is no such thing as the fruit of knowledge of good and evil.

there are some dumb people on here who think its fun to get people they don't like in trouble. Obviously something you said made them mad... as dumb as that sounds... and they got you in trouble for it. Don't worry about it thouhg I got two within 20 minutes once and it was for really stupid things, I also sent the yahoo people an email challenging it and I think it helped a little.
