today this is what i ate do you think i ate ok, and can someone give me advise on how i can gain 17lbs, thanks, im 13 years old 5ft 5in and weigh 102lbs.
BREAKFAST:
2 bowls of cream of wheat with 1/4 cup of 2% reduce fat milk, protein bar- pure protien, and body fortress protein shake.
Lunch
1 plate of speghetti with ground beef and sauce
Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Caesar salad and southwest dressing form Mcdonalds, and a fruit n yogurt parfit with granola snack size.
Did i eat healthy?
