today this is what i ate do you think i ate ok, and can someone give me advise on how i can gain 17lbs, thanks, im 13 years old 5ft 5in and weigh 102lbs.
BREAKFAST:
2 bowls of cream of wheat with 1/4 cup of 2% reduce fat milk, protein bar- pure protien, and body fortress protein shake.
Lunch
1 plate of speghetti with ground beef and sauce
Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Caesar salad and southwest dressing form Mcdonalds, and a fruit n yogurt parfit with granola snack size.
Did i eat healthy?

id have to say your doing good however how about saving that portien bar for around 10-10:30 and then drinking that shake around 3-4 and then have dinner hahaha =) 5 meals a day better then 3 hahaha btw your doing great too gain wieght in my opinion=)

You need, daily:
3 servings lean protein [ 4 servings - don't need that much ]
3 servings low fat dairy [ you - 1 and 1/4 servings ]
3 servings whole grain bread, cereal, rice or pasta
[ 4 servings of cereal/pasta/granola, none whole grain ]
2 servings fruit [ 1/ in parfait ]
3 servings veggies [ 1/2 in sauce, and 1 in salad = 1 and 1/2 ]
2 tsp. fat a day [ one packet of dressing from Mickey D's is
2 tablespoons ! ]

thats pretty healthy but it seems like you ate alittle too much .. i guess if you want to gain that much weight its ok .. the only thing is that spaghetti for lunch is a lot of food

ehh, thedinner kinda ruined it since it was from mcdonalds. but other than that, great!
