I'm assuming that you mean you want to open your computer tower. Well, first off, you should know what you are doing, because you could damage the circuitry actually just by touching it the wrong way. Just get a screwdriver and unscrew the screws unto whichever side the removable panel is on.
If you are planning on going into you're computer, I would recommend someone who is computer knowledgeable be there with you.
WARNING: Do not mess with the power supply if you do not know very much. Taking in apart could result in electrical shock, even if the computer is unplugged. It stores it's power incase of a power failure.

if its a laptop DONT DO IT. if its a desktop just take the screws that are holding the LEFT SIDE plate of the computer case. I dont know what else to tell you because I dont know what you want to do after you open it. To clean it use compressed air

umm a little confused but if u mean take the side cover off then just take the screws out and pull it off...if u mean start a computer push the button..lol
